OMG OMG OMG OMG!

We just had an offer/invitation for a trip to Disney!  I am so excited, we hadn't really planned to take Emma until she was a little older, but when you get an offer you can't refuse you take it!

Looks like we will be taking Emma in October during the week of her 3rd birthday!

So my consistent bloggy friends, what would be most appropriate to do for a child Emma's age?

I already have her in training.....

  1. How exciting! We've never been so no advice there, but we plan to go when Brielle is around 3...I think that would be a good age!

Do you happen to follow this blog? http://johannahsirois.blogspot.com/ She has taken her daughter numerous times and might have tips for you! :-)

  2. Ahhhhh!!!! I'm soooo excited for you!!! You are going to have a BLAST with Emma! The first time we took our Emma, she was 2. A lot of people told us it was a bad idea etc. But I tell you what. That was probably one of my most favorite trips yet. Everything is so magical through their eyes at that age. How long are you staying? The Magic Kingdom is where it is at for Emma at the age she is. There really isn't a whole lot at the other parks for her age. She is going to love It's a Small World, Dumbo, The Tea Cups, oh my list could go on and on! Do you know where you are staying?
I'm super excited for you!!! =) Eeekkk!!

    1. Justin's dad and step-mom have a timeshare and we are going to stay at the Boone Creek Resort. We want to take a day and go to Universal (Harry Potter) since we will have them to watch Emma. She doesn't like to ride things and cries about characters. I hope she will get over it some before October!!!

I literally can not wait, and everything you think of tell me!!!!!

  3. We did Magic Kingdom with our 20 month old and it was WONDERFUL! I'd recommend bringing your own stroller as theirs didn't look as comfortable. Also, we went in early October and I expected it to be warm, but it was SUPER hot so dress lightly! She will LOVE it!
