I got my wish from yesterday. Today was a snow day, well it didn't start snowing until almost 1. When emma got up from her nap I let her romp in the dusting of snow for just a little bit.

I finally put Emma's E shirt on her that I purchased from my blog friend, Shawna over at Girls Just Wanna Have Fun she has "skillz!"
I need a new book to read! And YAY for a snow day!!! It snowed here for a bit and then the temps went down to below zero again. Yuck!!!

ReplyDeleteJust requested you on Goodreads. I finished The Book Thief earlier this month. I loved it! I think the narration was what sold me. And even though I knew what was coming, I still had to read that part a few times just so it would sink in.
ReplyDeleteI'm finishing The True Blue Scouts of Sugar Man Swamp by Kathy Appelt now and then moving on to The Real Boy by Anne Ursu. I recently read Ursu's Breadcrumbs too.
I was looking at what you had read in the past, were the James Patterson Middle School books good? I read Treasure Hunters last year and I really liked it. He is supposed to be at our state reading conference this year. I'm interested to hear him speak.
