Weekend Wrap
This has been (and will continue to be) a lazy weekend. I am not feeling well so I'm just going to keep it low key. Last night we went to hangout with some of Justin's childhood friends. Emma had a fun time playing with their daughter and Justin wrestled (for a title belt and all) their son. We even play a few wild rounds of Headbanz!

Her face cracks me up. This was totally staged!
Justin took Emma to church this morning. I put her in a cute hand me down jumper a friend gave to us. I think she is as cute as a bug!

Tomorrow is a teacher workday, so it will be a pretty quiet low key day with the students at home!

Thursday Jam
I actually took Emma's picture before school because I knew she would be dirty as usual after!
Tonight I'm going to see St. Paul and the Broken Bones. I just hope I kick this migraine I picked up this afternoon!

Back to school, back to work.
That's right. This crowd got back to "normal" (my normal was on a two-hour delay!)
I went and had some blood work done and then headed to school. It was a crazy day! My nephew goes to my school, so I saw him hobbling along and then he rode home with me. We came home to this:
My poor black mailbox and my neighbors' were victims to an accident today. They are sleeping next to my ditch until we can get new ones put up tomorrow.
Emma had to dress super warm this morning and is at Puggles tonight with her shirt over her fuzzy outfit because I just didn't think she should shiver!
apparently she moves all the time because I can't get a clear picture of her!

Freezing Tuesday
Today was just boring and COLD! We played and napped and played some more! I decided late last night that it was just too cold to get Emma out and ready by 8am so I did not send her to school again. Hopefully we will both head back to school tomorrow! I know she is ready to see her friends!

Pizza Casserole
Just for you Johannah!
I can't remember if I posted this here before so here goes (sans pictures)
1lb ground beef
1 jar pizza sauce
1 bag of shredded mozzarella
1 can (tube) 10 count small biscuits
(can add onion and pepperoni or other toppings)
Brown ground beef (and onion)
Add jar of pizza sauce and about half a jar of water
Simmer for 10 minutes
Spray 9x10 baking dish and open biscuits
Cut biscuits into fourths and arrange on bottom of dish (I usually push them down to keep them from making a mess)
Add the beef mix and then top with cheese and other toppings
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 until the biscuits have cooked and cheese is melting/bubbling
Oh so easy!
