Emma changes everyday. She babbles and changes octaves, loves sitting up and tries hard to pull herself to sit, but she only manages something that looks like a sit-up! She is 14 lbs and 25.5 inches long! She laughs more and more everyday.

So I'm way behind on Emma's month picture. The picture was taken on time I was not so good to post it!
Emma is wearing 6 month clothes already! At her well check 1-25 she weighed 13.6 lbs and was 25.5 inches long. She has itty bitty feet to be so big in every other way.
A few days after her well check she rolled over (see previous video) She rolled like crazy that day but hasn't in the few days since!
Emma is laughing out loud and it is extremely cute!

Emma was able to enjoy a short TEeA time this weekend. Ashley and Erika came up for the night and it just warmed my heart to have them here! The time went so fast, but it was nice to have them here! It was the best Christmas gift I could ask for!

December 4th is Mom's birthday. We had lunch at her house the Sunday following and it was the first time she got a picture will her FOUR grandchildren together. I must say they are quite a good looking group!

Before the Christmas overload became too much, Mom and I took Emma to the mall to get her picture with Santa. Despite a creepy looking Santa it was a success! She was in a good mood and sat perfectly still until we got the picture just right!
I always hated Santa and wanted to make sure I at least gave this one good try!

There's a new magic to Christmas this year. Wonder why? I think Miss Emma really shows how excited she is and hopes Santa knows what a good girl she has been! We made out her list this morning and this is what we (I) came up with:
A pony (doesn't most girls want a pony when they are little?)
A miniature cow (in honor of Erika!) and
A fainting goat (o.k. that is on my list, because I love watching them "faint")
I know this is a big list to fill. I think a wagon and some diapers are in her near future!
